So anyone can submit deals at anytime...yes, you could have two different reps trying to work the same deal simultaneously.

First one back with the signed contract gets the deal....

So more more taking an offer, then shopping around for a week and a half to see if you can rack up better deal or more commish

NO ABSOLUTELY NOT.....

Yellowstone has a very sensitive secured sytem where any rep here can not and will never be able to see any submissions that comes to them whether it be via marketing or otherwise

To clarify what Andy is stating....

the CRM will not redistribute any outside ISO lead. Ever. That DOES NOT MEAN, however, that another ISO didn't submit the deal

Yep, they have been known to make deals disappear. I hardly ever name names, but I've personally witnessed it.
