So anyone can submit deals at anytime...yes, you could have two different reps trying to work the same deal simultaneously.

First one back with the signed contract gets the deal....

So more more taking an offer, then shopping around for a week and a half to see if you can rack up better deal or more commish

I wish all banks have this policy. I think this is the best way to do it
