I have an auto broker in CA I have been working with for a long time now. They currently have a 2nd position offer for 100k @ $1,044 day, total payback is $141,000 with KCG. They sent me the contracts with a COJ. They gross about 450-500k monthly, average balance is 35-40k monthly.

They would much rather work with me, I just need to at least match this deal ASAP!

I can fund up to $800K for that amount of revenue.

If they have real estate collateral, WBL can do as low as a 6-month 1.30 for auto dealers, with terms out to 15 months. We have also put together custom packages that are significantly less expensive.

Doesn't seem like you have worked with them for a long time if they went all the way through the process with someone else, and now all of a sudden they want you to find them a better deal.

I can beat WBL deal on real estate - 7% for 24 months, interest only payments --- I don't care about their cash flow, or credit..

24 month term but interest only? So when does the principal get paid back?
