Started this business in 2011 to save some assets from bankruptcy of another entity. He was a guarantor on that other entity and had to declare personal bankruptcy. He will have a final decree in his favor from bankruptcy court on March 23rd stating that he is free and clear of all creditor claims. The business has a clean bill of health with no existing debt.
