Firstly, I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Peter Cohen and have recently come on board here at Cooper Asset.

I'd like to reach out to all ISO's yet unsigned with Cooper Asset to give us the chance to prove why we are one of the most consistent high risk funders in the MCA space. As you may already know, we are a direct lender who looks to fund your C and D paper. No, not someone professing they are a direct lender when they are not, but an actual direct lender. As far as some of the benefits that you would yield working with Cooper, we offer the following:

-No SIC code requirements.
-We do not auto decline deals with negative days as we are more focused on returned items.
-You send a deal by 5:30 p.m. and get the answer by 9:30 a.m. the next day.
-We look for and love to fund truckers/trucking companies and car dealerships
-Tax liens are of little consequence
-We hold no in house staff. Your renewals are yours and no one from Cooper will be looking to call anyone you bring to us. Our sales force is our ISO relationships.
