Looking for a weekly or monthly pay option.
No factoring please unless you can establish a credit line against receivables.

Non notification exists on Construction Deals- but typically the Firm is larger and has been around a long time. They must also do most of the work in house as opposed to a GC.
Their contracts must not be 'paid when paid', and not have retainage..
