Need 2 million for Title Company acquisition in California

Title Company in business 4 years 8 months. Licensed in 23 Counties in California. Buyer is an individual who has been in the title industry for 50 years, running other title companies and has good credit. Company grossed around 3.5 million last year. I do not have a P&L or balance sheet at this point because we just want to see who may be interested. If anyone thinks they can do this deal, I could probably have full financials by Monday 2/29/16.

We may be able to help.
For $2.0 million I assume the company presently is making around $400,000 after taxes or the equivalent.
There are two possible paths to follow to get this deal done.
Please give me your contact information so we can discuss the deal.

The deal is in the opening stages and I wanted to get a feel of who may be interested. Once I am able to get more financial info from my party, I will contact you. Thanks for the reply

    Question...

If he's been in the title business for 50 years and has good credit why doesn't he contact one of the lenders that he does closings for ? title companies are tied in with the Lenders, this just doesn't make any sense at all.

Jstarr, not sure if you were aware but mortgage lenders are NOT in the business loan sector. Especially acquisitions. Either way, the sale did go through with someone else who came in with cash.
