At 24M annually there are SEVERAL solutions for a file like this other than an 18 month consolidation.. Touch base if you would like to discuss.. Typically split 3 points on these..

I agree with Richard.
You might want to think Elimination as opposed to Consolidation for this one.
If all the advances are eliminated it will make it more profitable to, write new advances.

Indeed Bob... Every time the word consolidation comes up people refer the same names without knowing the industry type, Historical Financials, Debt structure, Balance Sheet etc...

Which is not to say the folks that consolidate here are not good at what they do.. Sometimes the simple answer is not the right one OR the most beneficial to the client or ISO..

There are professionals on this blog that can get clients more capital, with longer terms while earning ISO's greater commissions- while saving the clients money..

Monthly payments, 12-18 month term, with early payoff available anytime after six months (no interest, fees or penalties).
