Received completely wrong. Glad that all of the self righteous have spoken. The exact reason why I Never use this app.

I just find it extremely unethical to request such a thing from brokers working at another shop. I know my employee agreement, and I'm sure just about every other agreement, has a non-compete clause along with an IP protection clause, and asking someone to send you files from their shop is tantamount to a lawsuit. Both to the employee and to you for soliciting them in this fashion. I know you would hear from my lawyer if I found out one of my guys was trying to backdoor my clients to you for some extra cash.

Yep. Its probably happening all the time. All my peer funding houses tell me Gmail accounts are big producers. who am I to question a company how they have no website and sending 25 files a day? its not ethical to question a submitter is what my friendly competitors tell me.
I did tell a few large brokerage companies that by not signing up with Cresthill Capital you may be giving your leaks an outlet so smarted up and sign up (after all we-make fast offers and pay double digit commissions and probably the largest funding house for files between 2-20K with fewest stips and funds hours after contract back-in) the wise ones followed my advice that's the most out of me on the topic.Last edited by mcaguru; 02-25-2016 at 11:43 AM.

NOT knocking anyone's hustle on here but I can tell you this:
On an average pay out of any of the deals I placed for "Brokers" in the past paid out 7pts. There isn't much work to be done in between from getting a deal, review, basic UW, and sending off. It's up to the broker to connect with their merchant and provide a professional experience and close properly. What is the % of that being done? VERY SMALL. You would have to accept a LARGE amount of Brokers in order to have a good turn over and 4-5 pts will not appease the masses. I have had some laugh @ 7 points. There is a huge lack of a certain something in this industry and extending your services (though you aren't doing anything wrong) will not be appreciated and worked in the way of your liking. You will gain more headache than revenue lol!Amanda Kingsley

Seriously??? You come on an open forum and want other peoples employees to send you deals out the back door of the company they work for? You should have just posted scumbags wanted.. I have seen some ridiculous posts on here but never someone asking to see who would be interested in breaking the law. Idiots like you will be why this industry gets regulated.

What you are asking is for employees of ISOs to steal deals right out from under their boss and send the business your way and risk criminal action against them.
This is no different than a receptionist at a chiropractors office answering inquiries on the business phone from a potential new patient and referring them to a different doctor down the street to get a kick back.
You are very unprofessional and shady and it won't surprise me if you have a criminal background.

Maybe I missed it, but at what point did he ask for anyone to backdoor a deal?
