I have a client I need an approval for.

Client flips homes and is located in California.
Only has 2-3 deposits a month.
100k+ in rev per month.
only seen substantial revenue in last 2 months.
I only have 3 months of statements. No revenue before that.
credit above 650.
Has at least 50k in his account at all times.

I'm very close with this client, he will tell me if he gets a call from a different lender with a "better offer" so don't try or ill blast you on here.
