Property Loan
I have a very good merchant of mine that is looking to purchase property. He owns the attached property approx. 7 acres. He is looking to purchase 4 additional acres. His property is valued at $3 million. He needs 500k for the purchase of the new property. His current business generates 50k a month. He is looking for a monthly payment around 18-24 months. I know WBL will do a daily or weekly, but is there any other funders out there that can do this?
