All Looks good, but no fico score!
Merchant has decent rev - 30k avg, lots of deposits, bank balances have been trending up, but apparently he has no fico score, hasn’t ever financed anything. Paid cash his whole life. I think everything else in this deal looks good, is it Dead due to no Fico or is there a lender out there that will approve it?
