I have a merchant who runs a Restaurant serving Jamaican cuisine.

Only one full month of bank statements showing gross sales of 85k for Jan

February gross sales are at 25k so far

580 fico score.

Runs a successful law practice as sole operator. Take home 300k. Gross revenue for law firm 2 million.

I can obtain him financing for the business using pledgecap or Midwestern corporate credit if he has wife guarantee the credit lines. However, he only wants to pursue this if the cash advance doesn't pan out.

I have told him it is damn near impossible but I wanted to let him know I tried.

If anyone has any ideas I am all ears. Food is awesome by the way.
