    Hard Money

    I was asked this morning to refer a broker to a hard money lender. I have no one to offer.
    If there are an hard money lenders please list your information as the gentleman will be looking at this post later.

    Highly unlikely, except possibly WBL. Then again, if the individual has an FHA loan then he/she is most likely above 80% LTV as is and therefore its a no go since hard money lenders typically would not lend above a 75% CLTV

    Yeah it's a tall order, but personal acquaintance - not a lead - so I'm trying to put in the time to see if there is a way. This arena is not my niche by any means.

    Currently at a 68% LTV with fha based off an appraisal done last week. Attempting to pull another 90K out which would bring them to a 80%. So basically trying to find a lender who will go to 80% but take second seat.
