That's a monumental task. Also as I'm sure your aware since Banco Popular has 80% of the market share with processing and banking are intertwined. Cards have no Visa or Master Card logos, primarily through a pin.(so ach products are their only option) Most of the merchant you'd want to go after should be by big resort areas where tourists are swiping there us bank cards. (Think Marriott San Juan) Now with that said I do have a solid relationship with a First Data Rep there. Feel free to reach out to me to discuss further.
