Yes, I do, but that's beside the point. Take your ****ty "hybrid broker-funder co-broker stacker fake lender" BS chop shop and shove it.

BTW, where's your website and your email and your phone number? Why do people need to "DM" you for it? You're shady out of the gate. If you're asking for business, put your info out there.

    what he said.. lol

For real though, Your name, company name, website and email. Start there before you ask people to send you business

And FUND dont hate on the co-brokering. Other then my own deals I do a ton of co-brokering. If a company who has not been in the industry for a long time can use someone else knowledge and relationship to help themselves get deals done I dont see how this is bad. If the relationship is set up correctly with an ISO agreement and fair compensation it can be a lucrative for all parties. People have been burned by bad brokers and it has put a bad taste in peoples mouths but the idea behind when done right is a good one

Been there a long time ago and done that. There are enough direct resources an ISO can sign up with to get deals done there is no reason to co-broker. In fact co-brokering is prohibited by many ISO agreements.

I guess what gets me is this back-alley mentality that so many guys still have in this business. It's annoying and damaging to the space as a whole.

This guy is claiming that despite all the resources on this board, he, with his magic wand, and lofty exclusive connections, can get deals done that nobody will touch, with zero details, no information.

Isn't there a note about soliciting without contact info when you first log in?
