Hi Funders,

I have a merchant that has 15-20 NSFs/month. I'm not sure how she stays alive! Obviously, ending balances are low, if not negative. She has been in business since 2011 and her revenues average $15-18k/month. I thought I'd throw it out there and see if someone has a serious risk appetite. No collateral. The problem is, that if a merchant has that many NSF's then they cant afford a 40 day deal. If anything they need more money at a longer term but their history doesn't suggest they can afford any such payment.

What state are they in? LoanMe doesn't take NSFs into account and we have had success placing deals there when there are too many days negative for an advance.

She ends most of her days negative. She's been in business for 5 years. Her CC volume gets deposited into this same account? Where is her money for inventory? Does she even have any? You skipped out on what type of biz she has. MAYBE there could be program or product she can grow with?

She probably doesn't process CC with a company that can be looked at for any options. An ACH would be out of the question if there is NO MONEY to be ACH'd from. This deal is dead.

This is correct. As a monthly payment product; NSF's and Ending Daily Balance is not looked at the same way with us. If it is in on of our 31 funding states we can take a look.
