Conversion optimization is the most important thing anyone who is generating significant traffic to be focused on at this time.

The top 3 companies have very engaging websites that allow the user to spend more time on it. Biz2credit's website is very feature rich and that explains why people are spending 3x more time on that site than On Deck's and Kabbage's. The bottom 3 companies most probably have the plain vanilla websites with the generic contact box and that explains the low amount of time people spend on it and the high bounce rate. But let's face it, the most important thing is how many people are filling in the contact box, not how long they are staying on the site! Of course it always helps to jack up the content on your websites and make it very compelling to the customer to hang around.
