I blame these people. If they can read they can learn, they don't need a boss to tell them everything. Books are free, but when you have be people that don't have education and cannot even perform a search on this forum you know they will have problems.
It is amusing to see those that don't even have an associates degree trying to sell a financial product..

I do not have a degree and have no problem selling financial product whether it was a mortgage or even these high priced cash advances. It not about institutional education it more about having an understanding of the banking industry.

I have worked with guys who dont even have an associates degree who have a better understanding of this industry. It has nothing to do with education, it comes down to taking the time to learn what ti is you are selling and working in an environment and with people who can teach you what you need to know. You can't even blame some of these people, you need to blame their boss who put them on the phone with no training and then allows them to come on here and ask ridiculous questions

No degree here, we are still doing okay...
