agree to an extent but there needs to be some kind of training. People should not just be jumping on phones and dealing with merchants without any clue of the ups and downs the right and wrong of the industry

I do not have a degree and have no problem selling financial product whether it was a mortgage or even these high priced cash advances. It not about institutional education it more about having an understanding of the banking industry.
