Zack - As a direct lender, we would need to understand the revenue this client is generating. For my financing model, he would need to be showing net profit of $60k - $80k monthly to qualify. We do 12-18 month terms with monthly payments. Chambo raises an important point too...underwriting would be looking awfully hard at his clients and future revenue, given the volatility in the oil and gas industry.

Zack if you have not heard of Everest maybe you should be looking for a broker to work with while you learn the ropes. You may make more money leveraging someone else relationships while you learn your way around the industry
