cali law effect jan 1 requires brokers of cali paper to be licensed now?
are any lenders that fund cali paper enacting this law on you brokers, which basically states that even brokers now need to be licensed in cali to even submit cali paper to a lender to fund?
may be old news to some but i am just hearing about it.

I have encountered it with Strategic for Cali borrowers.

thats interesting that they will require it and not require all the "lenders" on their platform to
