Anyone know who could fund this?
I have a client but none of my partnerships I have created so far will touch it.
He is a winemaker. Personal FICO of 680. Wanting $20K to pay off grape contract, finish brand and label development, begin bottling, and initial marketing. He has a solid marketing plan, fabulous wine varietals that are economically priced since he has no labor overhead, and have people waiting on the sidelines to launch this label ASAP. Willing to use $160K of wine (retail value) as collateral
He is ideally looking for a 5 year loan, but I think if I can get the $20k at a reasonable rate and term he won’t shy away.
Anyone have any suggestions on where to send this to get it funded?

Depending on DTI and the income he verifies on taxes this could be doable. Shoot me a message, we should be able to get an offer on the table today.
