I have a bar/restaurant in CT.
Needs 65 to 75% Cash out
Business is not currently operating due to liens from previous business owner. Needs Cash out to pay off liens and open again. All current documentation
Has 37k on the books
Previous Taxes and Banks available

If he owns the reals estate you could probably get a Hard Money Real Estate Loan...
