Needs to be monthly payment.

Needs to close LATEST TUESDAY. Needs REASONABLE RATES & TERMS.

FICO 750 Mid; business does average $2.5M/yr gross, $775,000/yr net.

Needs to close LATEST TUESDAY (needs money for closing on a very important RE transaction; this is the preferred method).

Just make sure you have together the below in addition to the standard app & banks:

P&L for 2015

Other than that....I have had TBB offer me a bi-weekly payment on a 12 month term. This merchant may fit that.

Both the firms you mentioned do not Love Commercial Construction firms (Dealstruck now has them on prohibited list). We can help.. Feel free to reach out.. Funding would likely be prior to next Friday- Monthly payments. Similar terms as FC and DS..

I've closed several add-ons and renewals with BB. They normally offer 6 points on the renewal. The decent commission, combined with their often-times low buy rates, makes me push many of my A and B paper brokered deals towards them. Their add-on program definitely helps protect your portfolio and prevent stacking.

I speak to TBB multiple times a day. They aren't interested in one n done ISO's anymore, nor the small ISO's who submit 3 deals and then call twenty times about those deals.

You'd be better off partnering up with someone who already uses them...and knows the ins and outs of their restrictions/qualifications

Or...you can go learn the hard way....
