Get him an SBA and charge him 3-4 pts yourself. Nothing wrong with a 40-50k fee

I had an auto dealer doing about a million a month in revenue that was declined directly by BFS, I ended up getting them what they were looking for.

A few weeks later merchant has someone contacting them through Entrust (which is now BFS I guess) claiming they can give him a million dollars! I wonder where they got they're info

Even if lenders won't steal your lead right away they 100 percent will call it after the 30 days period . Jk pretty much told it to me straight up . Also on deck , quick bridge said the same . After 30 days open to anyone to call
