this is so people can not backdoor shop this file and one provided will have current days date on it if serious offer is made merchant will lift lock which takes 2 minutes so you can do your own inquiry .

I just don't know how anyone can make a serious offer using a credit report provided by the merchant. That's all. In my experience, the guys that are squirrely out of the gate about letting me run their bureaus, regardless of the reason, never close.
