$1.5m
Have a real estate agent with a pretty large office who is looking for $1.1M (disregard post title) to pay off an investor and acquire smaller offices into their brand. We are aware that they do not generate enough revenue to support a loan that size so are rather looking for disbursements or 2-3 different loans that will equate to that amount. He paid $600k in loan payments last year and is trying to bring that number down to around $450k this year. With the cost of alternative lending, the term would have to be stretched over at least 4 years to get to that $450k/year in payments. Of course this can be worked by the disbursement option. Also, the credit isn't that good. I think it's bobbing up and down around 600, most likely just under.
Here is the breakdown of his statements:

WBL might be able to put this one together. We can potentially introduce the client to an investor who will put up his own property for the deal, eliminating the need for the client to put up his own real estate.

That just might be the most interesting WBL post I have ever seen.
