Is subprime mortgage lending back?
Cashcall leading the pack. Cash out refis with a 580 FICO and no paystubs up to 80% LTV. Interesting.

They may advertise that program but how many people do you think are really getting approved for those terms with a 580 FICO. They say they will accept a 580 FICO but will decline the file for something on the credit report that is causing the score to be 580. I pretty sure banks have learned their lesson on subprimes. If it does come back it will be completely different than it was pre 2008-2009.

I just watched a great film with my father ** "The Big Short" scared me half to death that us as "professionals" in the financial sector could have blinders on to the house of cards we built an economy on
**In the interest of disclosure my father started syndicating on deals 5 years ago as an alternative to the stock market and has since retired. Take that Powerball!
