    Consolidation, interesting deal

    I have a merchant doing 150k a month consistently. They have 3 positions out. 1with 50k left. 1 with 27k left and 1 around 7 left.
They want to consolidate the 2 small ones totalling in 35k and net around 25.
    Anyone?

Best bet is to have them pay the small one off personally, it would open up your options greatly. A lot of people on here can claim they can pick off 1 or all of them, but for the legitimate public companies out there (ODC, TBB etc) they max out at 2 positions.

Reach out to Carl with Breakout Capital - He'll need to take out all 3 positions though...

Just a FYI that I am a legitimate direct lender :-) and I do not have a max on the number of positions we will consolidate (I have consolidated eight positions, several times). I did not respond to this file though, since it looks too small for me (I have $100k minimum, $2M max). I agree this might be a fit for Carl at Breakout.

    Best,

Consolidating is one of my specialties. I can definitely buy out all, unless told otherwise.

They might qualify for an ABL that will be much less expensive than an advance.

the problem with deals like this, is even if you got the 2 smaller positions consolidated, the over all balance left over (about $100K) would be eating up 20-25% of the gross income. Almost nobody can survive off of that, and they'll be back to stack again in a month or two.

Depending on the strength of their collateral, I can lend up to $450K for this one.

Give me a call for the details.

Yes, with ANY TYPE of real estate as collateral. So long as Net Equity is available. Call me to discuss. 212-271-8266 eligius.romero@wbl.com
