    looking for Lender

I have a merchant that has GOOD paper. His fico is 720

    He has 2 advances

    One he owes $98 k – payment is 654 a day

The other he owes $96k – payment is 382 per day

The last 3 months he did

    Oct – $230 k
    Nov - $117 k
    Dec- $175 k

He wants to consolidate and get to reduce his payment……..He does not want any money on top

He does not want a third

He does not want us to waste his time.

He asked if we were a direct lender because he does not want shopped out and have his credit pulled by more than 1 company

Do not contact me if it cant be done.

If he has real-estate collateral, I can get him as low as a 1.21 for 12 months, with options to extend out to 36 months. For this pricing he would need to pay off his two existing advances.

Inconsistent sales, Stacker, Good credit = decent paper at best. Factor in his balances compared to his sales in his off months it is not even that

    Hey There,

I am a direct lender and do a LOT of MCA consolidations. Based upon the limited information above, I am assuming he does Grosses about $2M annual. If his net income is in the $22k range, this is a possibility.

The client would have a monthly payment (no more daily payments), 12-18 month term, with early pre-pay anytime after six months (no fees, penalties or interest).

Since I am not a MCA lender, I do things a little differently. The client needs to be showing appropriate net income to service monthly payments with margin left over. I do NOT pull credit, so your client does not have to worry about that. :-)

If you are interested, please shoot me an email (dan@fundingstrategypartners.com).

    Thanks,

    Dan Page

    A 700+ FICO.

I usually beat these guys up worse than I do the guys in the 500s. Congratulations sir, you pay your credit cards on time, now let's talk about business financing and how it works.

He doesn't want his time wasted, and he doesn't want his credit pulled, and he doesn't want this and doesn't want that, then you actually come on a forum and relay the demands this fruitcake made on you.

He will NEVER sign with you. You've already let him pull your pants down and play with your junk.

kindly tell him to go to his bank first. Then follow up with him about a week later. Ask him if he received any money. I bet the answer will be No! Then have a come to Jesus talk with him! If you want money duh-You have roll up your big boy pants and apply, yes with a social security # and even a tax Id, then the dreaded bank statements, imagine that! Seriously guys like that are beyond annoying, I want a million dollars on a platter, but I don't want it to be involved! Go F yourself, anyways good luck! Let's us know how it came out.

I agree with FUNd, you've lost. A 700 five doesn't mean s**¥, keep CLucas advice for the next person you speak to who says the same thing to you. I usually ask that on the initial phone call, so I know who he's already speaking to, and I like to remind them that they already were told no by their bank. And if he wants to deal with a direct lender your response should be why? They carry 1 program- theirs. And Mr. Merchant, how do you know it's the most favorable for you ? Best of luck RandomHaze

He's looking for $190k and he wants his payment to be lower than $1,036...hmm, it's not impossible and his Fico is pretty good assuming that this deal hasn't been shopped and pulled by everyone. If he wants it gone we could probably do an AHC on a longer term and shave a few hundred off the daily. His banks are pretty inconsistent though, do you have a tax return and a p&l?
