Couple willing to put up their house as collateral

Company has a lot of NSF's, 30k in monthly deposits and 120k in equity in their house. I am looking for a lender that is willing to take collateral for a 30k loan in California.

I'll take Pepe as a longshot at 12-1. Zach is at 5-2

Unfortunately... WBL has dropped the ball! I've been speaking to Arielle and she said it's not a deal for you guys.

Unless they do not own the house free and clear, can that be a problem?

We lend up to 75% LTV, so if there is $120K equity on a $1.5MM property or something similar we can't fund it.

Easy way to calculate our CLTV for residential property in a good area:

    Minimum Loan Size = (.65 x value) - debt
    Maximum Loan Size = (.75 x value) - debt

Above formula capped at 3X monthly revenue.

Both Zach and Pepe are out on steward's inquiry. Shaw is just finishing now and collecting the purse.
