Lender for Healthcare Company - Consolidate $1MM
Does anyone know of a reputable lender who could consolidate about $750k in outstanding advances plus obtain an additional $250k for a large healthcare company who is doing $3-4MM per month?

Lender for Healthcare Company - Consolidate $1MM
Austin, does this financing have to be an advance or could it be a more permanent form of financings that would substantially lower the company's cost of funds, increase its cash flow and provide an ongoing source of working capital?

Austin,
We partner with several reputable firms that would be able to arrange this. We could likely arrange to have it done n less than 7 business days..

Lender for Healthcare Company - Consolidate $1MM
Hi FUNd.
several options that this company may qualify for. The most obvious is an ABL using a variety of company assets. Depending on The company that could include accounts receivable, inventory, equipment, work in process and a variety of others. An ABL, line of credit would be cheaper and more flexable than Factoring but not knowing the particulars Factoring is defiantly an option. I agree with Richard as to the timing if Factoring but in my experience lines of credit secured by more than receivables and sometimes. finished inventory generally take a little longer.
Nice to hear from you,
Bob

With sufficient collateral, WBL could do this transaction and give him much more than $1MM.
Also, tell Ryan I said "whats up!"

The Healthcare space is an interesting one as the receivables are typically to Medicare, Medicaid, and behemoth Insurance Companies. There are firms out there that have the wherewithal and experience relating to getting paid on EOB's and HIPAA restrictions.
Need to have a facility that sweeps the clients account for payment as opposed to a lockbox (since there would be a considerable lag in payments associates with large organizations/municipalities writing checks). We have had several of these transactions recently (for whatever reason) and can match the file to the right Partner.

We are a direct medical accounts receivable lender and could provide the client with an asset based line of credit.
