Need to refi a 1st of $72k with additional $19k cash out for repairs for the property. Property is worth approximately $115k.

Borrower is willing to cross collateralize another property with equity. Loan escrow has already been opened as previous lender flaked.

Borrower needs to close within 1-2 weeks.

WBL would be a good candidate for this one, assuming the client has the cashflow. We only do 75% CLTV though.
