Trying to find the best Syndication Funder.

What we bring: We will originate and submit 40 - 60 deals a week, we want to fund 50% of all of our deals. Paper is A thru D

What we are looking for: Great syndication platform/portal that shows us all reporting on our deals, fast and aggressive UW, approvals, and funding. The better the funder is on the back office the better we are at originating more deals.

Again we want to syndicate 50% of all of our deals we send to our syndication partner.

I think its a good deal, might get some push back with the 50% most funders will cap you at 20%. Its good you originate, working on setting that up so I can offer it in the future. Brokers syndicating I feel lowers the risk slightly on files, maybe its a false sense of security. lol
