    6 months TIB

    I need a decent rate for a mid 600's client - construction company - solid banks - 6 months TIB. Who can service such a loan? PM's only please.

    For a construction company, only 6 months old, what do you consider a good rate? Perhaps my rates would work, perhaps not.
