Have a merchant doing 600k a month,Has 2 advances. 1 with around 375k left. The other 1 around 60k left. He wants to consolidate the 2nd and net around 70k but he'll only pay a max interest at a 1.26. The other 2 were at a 1.25.
Any ideas guys?

I can do major consolidation deals if needed. We have a client right now with multiple items being consolidated including two SBA loans, some equipment and a working capital loan or two. We are going after $1.9m to wrap everything into one payment and also give him an additional $300K in working cap. He should close the loan at around 5-6% for a 10 year note amortized over 20...or at least that what we are shooting for.
