    $25MM L.A. Construction Project ($1.3MM Needed)

    Client is looking for an additional $1.3MM to finish a $25MM building project on a new high end building in LA area that is 60% finished and has been funded all in cash from the owner except for $2.5MM from his bank. He has a 780 credit score and does about $2MM a year in revenue. If anyone has a connection to possibly obtain funds using this building under construction or any of his other $20MM in assets as collateral to obtain a single digit interested rate please email me below.

    Credit Junction might be a good home for this deal, they have inventory and A/R based LOC starting at 200K to 2M. Depending on what the collateral is they might be able to help you out.

    If any of the $20MM in assets happen to be real estate then it should be fairly easy for me to place this loan. If that's not the case then I'd definitely need to know the as-is value of the property. I have a few commercial lenders who would most likely entertain this while supplying your client with the rate they're looking for, just need more info about the scenario and background of the borrower so I can point you in the right direction. 201-210-8552 / paul@oracleloans.com
