Client has a plane that is valued at ~$340k.

I was offered a $100k deal on it but he would have to take the plane out of service. The client needs to keep using the plane to make money.

I understand that "title loans" are illegal in Florida.. but have seen deals like this one completed. I had one back in 2014 that was an interest only type loan/line of credit.
