looking for 3-5 year term loan
Hi Guys,
I have a large client, company is in business for over 30 years FICO is above 720 grosses 15 million/year.
Currently has 1 mil in outstanding debt. Paying just over 40k a month towards those loans.
He is looking for a 3-5 year term loan to consolidate his debt and lower his payments. He is not
concerned with taking additional money out.
If you are interested, please feel free to PM me for more details.

DP Fund would likely be you best bet here, if he has real estate, WBL may be able to help.

Dpfund doesn't go out longer than 18 months but will definetly be able to give you the amount of capital you need.
WBL has an I/O program that might be a good fit (just expensive) and of course dependant on the amount of equity built into any real estate.

Fairly certain I already sent that file to dpfund and everywhere else. he needs to stop renewing a position every chance they give him (if we are talking same company). Frustrating file, best of luck.
Actually nvm, he was paying A LOT more than that/month.Last edited by anonymous; 01-15-2016 at 10:54 AM.

I may have two different options that could be a fit. One would drop his monthly payout to about $15,000 monthly.

I can get these types of deals done for you. If your merchant is seeking an intrest rate and APR under 20% with merchant paying a minmum of $50,000/month in Merchant Cash Advances, other uncollateralized business debt i.e. AMEX and other business cards/ accounts, 3-5 yr terms and any FICO is ok. Give me a contact if your interested in learning more.

Since this original post was from 6 weeks ago I wonder if this challenge still exists. Having said that it's interesting to see the different perspectives posted.
The revenue and the FICO are small pieces of information in terms of trying to understand the global situation/possible solutions available. The $1M in debt gives me more data, but without understanding the business, their gross profit margin, the state they're located in, whether or not sales are trending up or down, how can anyone even venture a guess as to how to help?

There are at least two of us here that can help your client out, Richard and myself. We both
specialize in underwriting more traditional ABL loans and from the minimal information you have given an ABL might be the best available option for your client.
