I get 6-10 calls a week, all from different WBL reps, all through our paid (yes we pay for the click) ads we post for merchants. They call in the height of the business day and spend the first few minutes acting as if they are merchants in need of our services and then BAM - we get hit with the pitch. Please send me a message if you would like be included in our efforts to shut this down. I am in contact with my attorney to discuss options.

Each WBL agent that has wasted my time has admitted that WBL has told them to just contact ISOs in their actual ads for merchants as WBL does not provide them any leads or direction to obtain new ISO accounts.

First, Google will not charge twice for multiple clicks from the same IP address, even on different days. Second, how many WBL branches are there? Your claim that they are running up a huge tab is ridiculous. Third, what does your disabled child have to do with getting marketing calls? Are we supposed to feel sorry for you?

I agree the call from multiple branches are annoying especially when I am signed up with them. They should at least be able to check the people they are calling against an existing list of ISO's.. That said this seems more like a witch hunt to stir up a lawsuit/settlement than anything else. Yes they are annoying but last time I checked that doesn't make it illegal. So Bye Felicia

I don't even know where to begin in my response. FUNd Im tagging you in to drop the hammer. Drop it like its hot. WBL is a different model the same way YSC is and if you don't like it then move on, but going on and on about their reps calling you (which is their job) is a bit redundant

Obviously we wouldn't want to call you more than once attempting to sign you up, since you clearly have no interest in working with us.

Please allow me to address your concerns:

1. No WBL rep is trained to "act like a merchant" for any reason.

2. No WBL rep is trained to click on PPC ads and call you from that.

If you are receiving calls from reps who are clicking your PPC ads, please provide me directly with their name and phone number. If you do not provide this information, it will be impossible to fix the problem.



Now that I have addressed that, I would like to address something else with you.

You have posted 17 times on the DailyFunder so far. I've reviewed each of your posts individually (http://dailyfunder.com/search.php?searchid=117174) and found that in your first post you worked for an ISO, and that you advertise through Craigslist (http://dailyfunder.com/showthread.ph...6192#post26192).

11 of your 17 posts have been attacking other companies, 9 of which were designed to attack WBL. I have frequently commented to you to reach out to me and address it, but you haven't attempted even once to reach out. Rather than spending 64.7% of your time on this forum attacking WBL, I would appreciate if you could send me a private email with your concerns and we can address them.

Does that sound fair to you?

why would he do that? this way he knows if someone is bad mouthing his company and he can address it, and also there is more to this site then just useful information.
