    title company

    I have a lawyer who has a title company. averaging around 1.5 million in deposits a month. who will do this deal ?

    Are they using an escrow account? I know with that kind of business they usually do. If they don't and use regular accounts I can get it done. If it is an escrow account it might get tricky but maybe possible. Please contact me for further help.

    I think you need to specify if it is 1.5 million into their Trust Account or 1.5 into their Company Account.

    If it is into their Trust Account, that is not income. A Trust Account holds money, usually from Lenders that are funding transactions for either a purchase or a refinance. The Trust Account funds CANNOT be used for any other purpose than to close a deal and distribute the funds to the appropriate parties.

    If they have collateral and the deposits can be reflected via company bank account then we should be in good shape. If that's feasible definitely get in touch.

    Agreed. If it is income vs. trust accounts I would be interested.

    I actually have funded 3 or 4 Title companies recently and they are ALL (Knock on Wood) performing very well. I'd love to make an offer on this one.
