    Future Powerball Winner

Woohoo!!! I received this email from Nick at Lender's Marketing!

    pic.jpg

Once I win, I won't be able to post in this forum anymore because I'll be too busy racing Ferraris and dating supermodels. Good luck with the cash advance grind suckas! Peace!

For you Sean we'd do a half order order (2500 names) and still send you the 50 PowerBall tickets.

When you win you can really buy up some ad space in Time Square.

Man I have nothing appropriate to say if I won the powerball. I would probably need Michael Jacksons doctor.

I don't think that'd be enough Sean. The Toys R US there that's closing was paying over 44 million a month, and the new lease has more than quadrupled, which is why they're leaving (coupled with the trend to more online shopping for toys and the used game after market).

110,000 sq feet at $400 per square feet. When the lease renews, the price per square foot becomes $2000 per.
