No real estate, Qspot does not do CA, and IOU not yet ready for them as our CA license is being processed.

National Funding will give you 1.26 for 12 months and loves construction. They also fund extremely fast and offer firm approvals in a timely manner.

If I remember correctly they only file UCC's over $150K.
