    Strong Second Positions Funders

    750K monthly deposits.
    First position owing 150K.
    looking for another 100K second position on a 12 month minimum.

    If his business has strong numbers (is profitable, not just high banks) I could likely pay off the first position (likely saving them money on payments) and do the cash out for $150k.

    Monthly Payment, with early prepay anytime after six months (no fees, penalties or interest).

    Quarterspot is awesome as well. They offer fully amortized, daily/weekly and do not file a ucc
