It is not an easy one!

The client has a first with Rapid Advance of 60k and needs additional funding of 70k for re-branding his gas station/ convenience store. Here is why it is complicated... Arron is the merchant who bought the business from the former owner. The former owner is still on the banks due to having the Gas contracts in his name. The new owner is an authorized signer of the accounts. The new owner purchased the business and is still making payments to Former owner. The new owner needs to also have the funds go into his operating account, but all the money runs through the main operating accounts under both former and new owner.

I have already sent this deal to Pear, Knight and Rapid. He was declined due to not beign able to remove former owner from the business banking accounts.
