you may want to actually provide more details than just A+ merchant (and that's loosely defined) Transportation is tricky, $2MM a month gross has no bearing on what his average ending daily is since the profit margins on transportation are thin. Several lenders on this forum do transportation, but more details on your request are certainly in order. There's a reason your only getting $100-$150k offers.

I don't understand why a Lessor would care about a lien being filed since that would not affect their lien on their equipment. Is this a case of the lessor requiring no addtional debt?
We recently had a similar situation and recapitalized the entire company with a single Asset Based Loan for roughly $4.0 million. The referring broker made $40,000.

Quarterspot doesn't file a UCC but I don't think they would go over a quarter million. Kalamata will entertain the amount and give a tremendous rate but I think they still file UCCs

National Funding only files UCC's above $150K I believe... plus they understand the transportation industry (they came from the equipment leasing space).
