WBL can do a second position as inexpensive as a 1.16 for 6 months or a 1.33 for 12 months. The worst case scenario for the highest risk deals is we offer a 1.35 buy rate for 7 months.

Also, even for a second position, we typically offer around 2X the client's monthly deposit volume.

WayUp- If your client wants to consolidate their $40k 1st position (for half of what they are paying now) and do a cash out for the remaining $60k ($100k total) then it is a possibility, in the rate range that you are requesting. It all depends upon their numbers (profitability) and a handful of other variables.

You would probably need to look for $80,000 deal on this one, buy out the 1st position, and cruise into sunset. Consolidating this makes no sense, as the payments are going to be higher than what they currently have now...plus, consolidations involve more than one position. you stated there is only one position.

Depending on what "fair credit" means in this industry...and what type of business it is, how long in business, etc. This shouldn't be too difficult to get done
