Also FCF Fund I did get in contact with Lewis.... Apparently there's nothing he can do "the decision was made not to move ahead with the deal".......

Hell yeah I called him out! His response....

"there was no elaborate plan to steal this deal from you.".....
"You had plenty of time to get this deal funded elsewhere.".....
"it came from another iso and they closed is several weeks later."

(Which I attempted to do... by beating the initial everest offer by 1 point and extending the term by 17 more payments... but the merchant went cold after I sent him new contracts.... hmmm I wonder why.)

I'm glad it wasn't an Elaborate plan Lewis ...
