Hello everyone I'll reply en masse.

1) I'm well aware of business credit card products dressed up as lines of credit. My firm does these all day and we don't need assistance here though I certainly appreciate you asking.

2) The funds are going to be used to bridge cashflow deficiencies between "on" weeks vs off weeks. Payroll and inventory control

3) Yes they do have collateral that involves real estate but if you're thinking a home equity line of credit, I don't think that'll work.

The entrepreneurs (and us as their advisors) are well-versed in the various MCA, business credit card options. That's not what we seek. We're looking for a lender that can do a line of credit (not credit cards) or, at minimum, a monthly pay option on a term BUSINESS loan. I know that this area had a few orgs a few years ago that required a business to be seasoned for a year but I'm wondering if anything out there has changed. Please let me know.

Thanks!
